  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon balm
  • 1/2 teaspoon of passionflower
  • 1/2 teaspoon skull cap
  • 1/2 teaspoon of spearmint
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Directions

Combine the herbs. Pour 4 to 6 ounces of near-boiling water over the herbs and let steep. Cover for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey, if desired.
